  • The trip is a chance to reflect on where you are and get clear about what you want from your next two years.

Mon. July 14

  • Flights arrive in Jackson Hole

  • Travel to Cache Vista Ranch

  • Small group introductions

  • Dinner, campfire, and relaxing

Tues. July 15

  • Breakfast

  • North Teton Trail Hike (10+ miles)

  • Lunch on trail

  • Small-group debriefs

  • Dinner, campfire, and relaxing

Weds. July 16

  • Breakfast

  • Orienteering team challenge

Thurs. July 17

Trip Details

  • If spots are available and you’re selected to attend, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit your $500 deposit. All deposits are due by March 31, 2025 and are non-refundable.

  • The remaining $1,000 balance is due by May 15. We’ll send out reminders as this deadline approaches, along with final trip details.

✈️ Flights are not included – we recommend flying into Jackson Hole (JAC), where we’ll coordinate group transportation to the ranch.

How to Prepare

This experience is meant to challenge you in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What to expect

  • Full-day hikes covering up to 15 miles in mountain terrain

  • Potential steep elevation changes (but plenty of breaks!)

  • Outdoor activities that require mobility and endurance

Ways to get ready

  • Train with long walks or hikes

  • Break in hiking shoes beforehand

  • Focus on hydration and nutrition before and during

  • Bring a growth mindset – prepare to be challenged

  • Plan to be open and work together

  • Unplug and be present.
